Well as some of you know, I had Dell in-home support come to my house to replace the MB because of a bad SD card. Well later that night the laptop would not boot up. I would go to boot it and it would cycle for about 8-10 minutes (get to the log-in screen and re-boot). When I was able to get it to boot up I was only able to use the integrated Graphics on it and not the 335M.
So I called Alienware tech support and they ran tests and said that it is not the hardware that I needed to re-install windows because windows is causing the issue. ok... so I do a complete format of my HDD and a fresh install of windows. Had to call them back to have the tech take control and install the drivers. After 3hrs of the tech having control of my R1, he came to a conclusion that it was my graphics card. Well i told them that it was a new MB installed 4 days ago. So now I have to wait for a tech to come out on Tuesday to install another new MB in my R1. WOW... this really sucks!!

Does the replacement of the MB always mean that a new cpu and a new GT335 is also being built in?

Unfortunatly yes. They told me that the CPU and GPU are built-in to the motherboard. good thing is they said that if I have another issue with my Motherboard that I will get a system replacement instead of having the motherboard replaced for a 3rd time.
