I can not believe the conversation I just had with so called Alienware Tech support. Dell just seems not to care that when they bought Alienware they bought a PC enthusiast company. All I wanted to know is if there were know conflicts between my M11X R2 with Crucial's CT128M225 ssd. Crucial's tech support was great, they let me know they have tested it on the M11X R1 but not the R2. They did test the newer C300 series on the R2 though. Dell on the other hand basically slammed the door in my face and told me I should not even call tech support if I am having a problem with 3rd party compatibility even though Dell themselves sell this model of ssd. How are they supposed to know if there Bios needs an update if they do not even communicate with the community?

I think that's how tech support usually works bud. They only support on the stuff that were bought form them....

I think I read ur thread and I'm assuming it's a bad SSD.
