    Today, I have all my Alienware systems fixed!

    my satisfaction with Dell's on-site service. They basically replaced the whole M11x bottom panel for me because the rubber feet fell off, causing heat issue. Thanks alot Dell!
    Plus, a week ago they fixed my hinge problem too. Thumbs up now my system looks brand new, although its R1 :)

    Congrats man! It's good to know that not everyone gets screwed by onsite techs. We rarely get positive posts about them, so this one is definitely appreciated in my book.
