I just got a Dell Canada sale flyer and there are discrepancys between the flyer and the web pricing. Its only a matter of $100.00 or so, but I want to buy the M11X for the price in the flyer. I called Dell sales and he is not listening to me that they are trying to "BAIT AND SWITCH" by not living up to the flyer pricing. What should I do? Also can you make upgrades to the systems in the flyer or are these pre assembled systems? Also the E codes Dell provides do not work on the website.

IMO dell canada doesn't even seem like they want to try to make sales.

Computer pricing is based on features. So they should get there features correct so they can accuratly quote prices. I am not even going to bother to buy a new Dell right now. Screw them.

What's the configuration of the flyer system and what's the price? And does it say something like "starting at" that price?

If the exact same configuration costs more online just keep calling until you get it...
