    I'm using my m11x for quite some months now, and I'm really happy with it.
    The only thing I don't like is the heat und the left side of the touchpad...
    I read that the RAMS are located below there...

    Is there any way to get it cooler? maybe buying other rams that don't get THAT hot?

    You could try finding out the voltage of the default RAM, should be a sticker on the modules itself, then shopping for a set that runs on less voltage.
