Change look of desktop Alien FX back to Windows

Can someone tell me how to change my desktop look from the Alien theme back to Windows 7?
I am having issues with web browsers having black borders on the web address bar (Chrome) and the menu bar (Firefox) while navigating through bookmarks, etc.

I also hated it and changed it back to regular Windows. But I can't remember the steps. I think I just uninstalled Alienguise.

Anyways, that's called Alienguise. That's the program you need to deal with. AlienFX is the lights.

 

There are some great things you can do however to make it look Alien like without the actual theme. You want to run the Stardock program that has the theme selection and get rid of it the thing really does not like Internet Browsers.

I used a ton of stuff from here to customise the way mine looks and love it.

It's called Breed theme. You can uninstall it from programs and features in your control panel (I believe it appears as stardock) or you may be able to change it if you right-click in your desktop a and select personalize.
