    CPUID Doesn't show my GT335M...is it disabled?

    Hey guys. I just got my m11x r1 and love it! One quick question-how do I get the optimum control panel? All i have is the icon that is toggled by alt+f6...
    CPU ID reflects no GT335M.
    what drivers/software do I need to take advantage of the GT335M?

    The Alienware M11xR1 has Hybrid Graphics the M11xR2 has Optimus. The Hybrid Graphics drivers you need to use on the M11xR1 are here. The M11xR1 cannot use standard or Optimus drivers.

    When one graphics card is on, the other is disabled. So when you are on the intergrated Intel only it will show and when you are on dedicated Nvidia only it will show. On my M11x R1, I can't access the Nvidia CP until I switch to the Nvidia gpu.

    If you have the M11x R2, it should run the Intel gpu in all light gpu stuff while the Nvidia will kick in when you are using a program that is heavy gpu. The system supposedly still has some kinks to iron out though. If you have a problem to where the Nvidia wont kick on, you will have to set a rule in the software for the Nvidia to run when the software is run.
