Broken keyboard latch

So i was changing my keyboard the other day and the backlit latch to secure the ribbon broke, is there anyway i can fix it? i tried looking for spare parts but it seems impossible to find. Tips anyone???

Note : its not the ribbon or anything that's broken, just the latch to secure the ribbon in place. it seems to not light up unless its secured. I believe its called zif latch or locking clip

Sometimes you can re-attach the latch if it simply popped out. If one of the little plastic hinges is broken, fit the latch it place with the single hinge and try to latch it. It may latch even if it's broken. Otherwise it will be a motherboard replacement.
