Hey guys, I've owned my m11x r3 for just over a month now, and i've begun to have a strange freezing problem. Upon startup, in the first 2 seconds with the alien-head logo, the little red bar will freeze and stop booting. This is not too serious yet, it happens ~15% of the time, and my quick fix is just to tap the power button again and it restarts just fine. Has anyone else experienced this, or knows what is going on?

First, I have no idea since mine is an R1. In the R1 this was usually by having OC enabled. In your case I would try some hardware diag - ram issue?

Thanks, ran about 15 shutdowns and restarts with no usb devices hooked up and haven't had any problems. It seems that it has a chance of doing it only when I turn it on with stuff in the USB ports. Does anyone know why this happens?

What do your bios boot options say? Check the order of priority, it sounds like your m11x is busy looking for a usb drive to boot from. Either unplug usb devices while booting (or at least any with storage capacity), or change the bios to exclude booting from usb device (but remember so you can change it back when you need to reload win7 or something).
