Is there any battery meter that tells you what individual items use how much power? For instance how much my USB dongle uses, or how much my WiFi is using? I keep getting really different discharging information (12W-22W) when in power savings mode and I can't for the life of my find out what's making the difference.

Well, USB 2.0 has a max of 2.5W, so that is the first step...

You can't really express power in Wh. It should be just W, because it's per second :)
