I'm using BTMeter so I'm able to use Fn + F2 to control when the battery charges while plugged in but my battery still seems to be charging about .4% - .6% after a 24 hour period according to Battery Bar. Does anybody have any insight on this? Thanks.

.4% seems awfully minuscule. Sure that's not simply margin for error in Battery Bar's readings?

I'm pretty sure it's not a margin of error...Reason is because yesterday Battery Bar read exactly 45.0% and as of right now it's reading 46.4%

I'm experiencing the same thing though I'm not using BTMeter, battery was disabled through BIOS.
It would seem m11x is still charging slightly.
