ATM, Bad company 2 is my favorite game on my desktop. It's something I'd like to play on any laptop I get. I'm very near buying a m11x- but at this point, it comes down to one thing. Basically what i'm wondering is- How can I expect this to play with i7 Overclocked? Specifically, on a large multiplayer server, native resolution. Any dips under 30 FPS are unacceptable; and playing at 45+ at all times is ideal. It's a very CPU dependent game, so i'd expect the i7 to bring some very real performance gains. Thanks to anyone who can give either a video or some good numbers. :)

The real answer is we don't know yet, there has only been like one R2 owner to give BC2 benchmarks, and his seemed a bit questionable to me. Best bet is to wait for some more to get a better idea.

mine is on the way, BFBC2 is the main reason I am upgrading from the R1. As soon as it arrives I will bench it up against the R1 and post.

Whats the best way to bench it as there is no internal benchmark? I guess a cam of the two laptops running with fraps?
