As title says? I know we in the sony part are trying to get them installed properly on the Vaio Z, but are any of the m11x R1 people working too?

This Release seems to fix the FFXI Frame Rate Issue. I am very interested in this driver release :)

I had troubles with this one. Not sure exactly why but it gave me a ton of problems installing before I finally got it right.

Problem seems to be switching. It wont work correctly on my VGN model Vaio Z with these. I have it with Intel 2020 (as I still cant seem to get newer Intel drivers working) and will try to put it together with 2226 and then upload it so you guys have it for reference. Hopefully you will have better luck than I.

I am working on a full Hybrid Graphics modding guide. I think you guys more or less have the file structure down so it will focus more or less on the INF and installer.

Still at a stalemate on the seperates/intel module.

So Nautis are you saying you have it working to a point? I'd love to test it out on my M11xR2 if you have something working even if it's not perfect if you do. Thanks for all the hard work!

I do have it working to a point, but have only tested it on my VGN Vaio Z. You might get different results with the M11xR1. As I said though I have the older 2020 version of the Intel drivers in this package (since those are the only ones that seem to work for me on the VGN-Z.) Ill see what I can do about getting it packaged an uploaded for everyone.

Ok sounds good, I have the R2 not the R1 if that makes any difference(though it likely won't as the gpu is the same). Again, thanks for the work :D

Actually it does. R1 uses Hybrid Graphics which is a different switchable graphics technology than Optimus.
Optimus drivers are much easier to mod, I don't think 265.90 includes the correct files though (it is missing the optimus module).

I'm assuming the Geforce drivers due out in a few days won't work either? We specifically need Verde?

For the R2 verde drivers are preferred. As long as the drivers after being unpacked contain the Optimus.Driver folder the INF can be easily edited to make the drivers install. Verde by nature should always have this folder. The 265.90 drivers are originally meant for Quadro and are missing the Optimus.Drver folder.

I am not sure if anyone has played around with optimus modding enough yet to determine if you can mix and match optimus into a package that is missing it.

    The R1 needs 3 things
    1.) Specific Files - nvBridge_int.kmd and maybe nvdisp_IH.nvu
2.) Drivers - Intel and Nvidia drivers
3.) Custom INF - INF specifically for Hybrid Graphics
