    Alienware and grill light burnt out

    Hi,

    I was doing the alien fx to music media plug in and only my keyboard flashes
    any fix? Also those lights dont wanna turn on period,

    A power drain should fix it. Unplug the computer, take off the battery, and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. Then plug it up again and the lights should work.

    Only happens when my mouse is plugged in and only when it is plugged in with media player plug in going

    Seems like a faulty component. I would call up Dellienware and ask customer support about it.
