Hi, I was wondering how would you refund my Alienware m11x computer if you threw away the box and shipping packages already? I just got it a few days ago and I totally dislike it. If I knew I would had never order or threw away the box and packaging labels. First the screen is just horrible, the colors are like complete mess up. After using the correct ICC listed on this forum I still find it pretty bad. Makes all the photos look horrible T__T. You think for a 1150 dollar laptop you would get a good quality screen for gaming as well lol...

I have yet to see a good laptop screen outside the Macbooks. If you want a good screen go find the IPS monitor of your choice. The screen on my M15 is acceptable but I'd rather have this plugged into my 26" LG with IPS panel.

Assuming you're under 21 days of ownership you should be able to return it but even if you do, you'll still be unhappy. Again most laptop screens suck.

Found my box and labels outside . Garbage man didn't collect them today rofl. My Sony Vaio Z and SR are fine with laptop screens. I was just getting something in hopes of better gaming graphics and a better screen. I guess I'll just take the 15 % lost on the refund and buy a MacBook Air and install windows on it then.

Dell may not charge the restocking fee. All boils down to how you talk and who you talk to.
