AlienFX issues?

I recently had to replace my screen so i had to do some dissembling (at first I misdiagnosed the problem and went under the battery and such to find the problem) but I put it back together and it works perfectly except for the AW logo on the screen, power button and "wifi and battery indicator" and front facing LED's don't work but the keyboard still lights up. I don't recall ever touching these parts so I don't know how they could be broken but would anyone know what to do in this situation? I have spare parts if need be.
