The deathadder has a textured feeling/look to it, its not just plastic, and something when you use it for long periods of time it gets sweaty and makes it look a little different.

I live in Canada, my parents live in Kuwait though so I usually come down once a year.
It sucks that alghanim doesnt have razer. They have pretty decent prices for most of the products though. How much in KWD is razer over there. It anywhere between KWD 14-18 over here depending on the store. Try going on ebay, you might score a good deal.

You know, I actually went with a wireless trackball from Logitech. I don't need a flat surface to game now, and can even run around my game worlds laying down in bed. Worth thinking about perhaps?

If its 19-20, you should go for it. Cause its costing the same in North America as well if you count sales tax.

Trust me, razer is much better than logitech. I actually have both, a razer orochi (wireless and wired) and logitech mx anywhere.

Actually orochi is one mouse to consider as its from razer and can be used wirelessly using the inbuilt bluetooth of the laptop and can be used wired when your mouse battery is dead or you just want a higher dpi. Its also nice and small with a soft touch finish and comes with a carry pouch with the wire in it. Although it may cost you around 5-6 more than the deathadder but good value.

The Orochi shouldn't really be considered as a gaming mouse. In order to get rid of the sleep time and actually use the full 4000 dpi you need to have it plugged in, which kind of ruins the extra you paid for a wireless mouse.

I consider the Logitech and Razer pretty even and whichever one you prefer depends on whether you like the kidney bean shape of the Logitech or the Deathadder's shape. I currently use a Razer Mamba which is basically a wireless Deathadder and have owned a Logitech G5 in the past. The Razer does have higher DPI, whether or not you can actually notice a difference is up for debate. I would also toss the Logitech G500 into consideration. Almost the same as the Logitech MX518 except with a higher DPI laser sensor and also a weight system for you to customize how heavy you want the mouse to be.

If your not feeling it dont get it. and the Orochi is definitly a gaming mouse, just small, it has the same specs as the Mamba :D,no mouse it going to last forever, the deathadder will last just as long as the MX518. it all depends on how you take care of it
