    Hi,

With SSD prices coming down recently I think it's time to increase the capacity of my M11X to 512gb. Considering it's SATAII any recommendations of good drives. I am hoping to find a cheapish drive as I won't need SATAIII.

    Cheers,

    Tom.

I believe SATA III prices are hardly higher than SATA II if not the same. Perhaps your next computer will have SATA III ports and you would be able to use it at full speed, and if that doesn't happen, you would still get the same performance on your current rig for about the same price :p

Agree with Luis if you are going to be spending on a 512GB drive you at least want to be able to keep it. Go for the SATA III so that it is future proof.
