They didn't do such a thing for the R1. Besides I'd expect sandy bridge to be on the R3, and that hasn't been released yet. Here's hoping for Sandy Bridge and the GT 445 on the next M11x.

With the coupon and the lowest speced m11x r1, My comes out to 601 shiped to my door. A few weeks ago I speced one out and it shiped to my door for 597. Ill get one sooner or later hopefully.

That's what I do, i'm from vancouver but i have it shipped right across the border to Blaine, and just bring it back in my car along with the rest of my textbooks and schoolbag (that way i don't have to declare it)

Uh, can I get a do over?

I looked Sat for coupons and could not find one that worked so I ordered a refurb M11x for $850. Then I found this forum. Doh!

I tried to cancel my order Sun but strangely it was already in "production" so I could not. I thought about ordering an R2 but there were no I7s available. I could send it back but they charge a 15% restock fee so the savings would not be so great.

But it gets better. Today I received an email stating they could not process my order so I was thinking I was off the hook. However to make it more confusing, an hour later I received an email stating that the order shipped!

Now I'm not sure whether I should order again assuming the coupon is still good or just wait and see if I get my machine.
