i looked at the bottom of my laptop and the 2 rubber nubs are gone. I found one of them, but haven't been able to find the other. should I be worried? I've read that the nubs are there to allow heat to escape thru the bottom of the laptop.

Mine on the back of the laptop are missing also but I belive I can get some larger stickon rubber feet at Radio Shack and mount them closer to the inside of base.

Ring support. They'll send you the entire access plate and/or lower body shell. already had mine replaced after one of the access plate feet went missing. Make sure they send the correct color. They sent me cosmic black the first time even though they had my system config staring right at them when they ordered the parts.

AW phone support is sketchy and you have to make sure they're paying attention.

Look at the Laptop Lifts at LaptopLifts.com, nice guy and they work great on the M11X.

I second that! After losing the back rubber feet, I ended ordering laptoplifts and using it and have spare for my next laptop :)

    Good product
