Hi, I'm researching GTX 970 blower style cards for my X51 R2, I have found and like the ASUS turbo GTX 970 blower style card as it is built from the GTX 970 mini PCB and should use a bit less power, but I'm wondering if anyone has tried this card in their X51 R2 and if they were successful with size and power? Thanks :)

The power difference is minimal. As long as it physically fits and the PSU can power it, you should be fine.
