I purchased my new Triad about two months ago and today I decided to run an internet speed check as I was changing from a direct rj45 for both desktops individually to one rj45 from the Comcast cable modem downstairs to my Samsung router in my den upstairs where I have two individual rj45s running from the router to the desktops. The internet speed for both remained the same before the dedicated connections and after the change. The odd thing was that the 2011 Aurora R3 has a much faster download speed of 170Mbps to my Triad's 91Mbps! The upload speed of both is around 20Mbps. What is the reason for this rather large discrepancy?
