Hey guys,
So today I turned on my computer in while it was booting up (within 10seconds of turning it on) my front fan began to throttle up to what sounded like its max speed and then back down and did that repeatedly with only about a second between each throttle. I shut the computer down and then turned it back on and everything seems fine.
I ran diagnostics which came back fine as well as ran a virus and malware check which came back clear.
Any idea why this could of happened?
It still sounds like the fan a certain points wants to throttle up again as if the computer is under heavy (while it is not) use but doesn't.

Still though if this were my pc I'd run a memory testing took like memtest and make sure a full pass completes without errors. Then grab a testing tool from the website of whatever brand HD manufacturer you have and run a long test. Also grab a tool like HwMonitor and make sure your temps are below ~80C. Last use some compressed air to dust out the case. If all passes I'd just keep an eye on it. Maybe look for a BIOS update if it happens again.
