    m9750 T5500 CPU upgrade?

    I own a baby M9750i R1 with a T5500 Core 2 @1.66Ghz

    Can someone please let me know if the CPU is upgradable and if so do you know the highest CPU i can install in my machine.

    i also believe that 4gb ram is max, is this correct as i am already up to 2x2gb ram.

    I appreciate your time and efforts in answering these questions.

    The best you can put in there will be the T7600, they're getting cheaper now as it's quite old now but still a respectable 2.33GHz dual core with 4MB L2 cache.

    Below that there's the T7400 (2.16GHz) and T7200 (2GHz), it looks like it's a socketed CPU so there should be no trouble upgrading.
