    Guys,

The eyes on the back of my m9750 screen have stopped lighting up. I do not know how long they have been like this, and it is no major deal, but I was wondering if anyone had experienced this before, or had any ideas on how to fix?

My machine still has 6 months of extended warranty left, but I am loathed to send it back to Alienware as their service, as we all know, is not always tip top.

I did recently have to replace the keyboard (which was supplied, eventually, by AW under warranty) and wondered if maybe I had dislodged a small ribbon power supply?

    Any inputs welcomed.

    Cheers,

    Clean.

Try Pressing FN + F10 (IIRC, It may be F11) to toggle the lights, if you haven't already.

Wow! Didn't know you could do that; I will try it when I get home this evening. I imagine I have accidentally turned them off in the same way, no?

    Many thanks! :D
