    hey all,

    I know that most of its brothers can upgrade to the Radeon 4670 gpu but I haven't seen any reports of having tried it on the 5500i before. Anyone know if it works?

    I have read that 4670s do work with the 1.19w bios installed (Also lets you put in 4GB of ram). Haven't tried it myself though as the 4760 MXM II cards are hard to come by on ebay anyway.

    The type A & II connectors are completely different.
