    m5500 ram upgrade

    Hello,

    I have a m5500 and I'm trying to upgrade the ram with two G.SKILL 1GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) Laptop Memory Model F2-4200PHU1-1GBSA. The problem is I get a blank screen after install. No beeps.

    And when you put the old memory back in, does it work? If so you may have bad memory.
