    Hello everyone, this is my first time postiong and new member :D . i recently sent my alienware m17 to dell to have a few things fixed (the hinge was wobbling. part of the keyboard was starting to pop up), but the main reason why i sent it was because when i would play games once in a while it would make a weird sound inside, like if the fan was making contact with something.
    Now i sent the laptop to dell and its been almost 3 weeks now. I called today after missing a phone call from them 2 days ago (busy) and they couldnt tell me what was wrong with the laptop, but that they were still working on it, and that it would take a bit longer. What can the issue be thats taking so long??
