Just curious if anyone is running and SSDs and if so what benchmarks of read/write speeds are you getting?

I'm thinking about picking up the Corsair Force Series 160GB SATA II 3.0Gb/s, but not sure if it will be worth it since M17/w840 have SATA 150 ports right?

    enable raid befor installing windows
you don't need to set up an array just to go enable raid in the bios of you install a ssd i didn't do it and now i hate my self for it

also the m17 is sata II so unless your ssd out put more the 300 MB/s wich i have yet to see one (even sata III i haven't seen one yet)
