    Hi,
The power supply has just died on my m9750 and after spending a few hours trying to find a replacement (now ordered) I thought I would make use of the downtime to have a good clean out inside and look at redoing the thermal paste / pads. I've not messed around with this before and I have had a bit of a search but did not find an easy how to guide...Could someone please point me in the right direction..I've just realised that I don't have any thermal pads and probably not much thermal compound so will need to order some up anyway. Can anypone help me out by pointing me in the right direction. I am having to run without SLI and my second 7950 video card as I think its fried.
I have removed the heat sink that covers the cpu and parent GPU and one of the thermal pads is torn and I have a lot of thermal paste left on the processors and heatsink - at least I have some IPA for cleaning that off with.
Any tips / advice greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Timmo
