I have had this laptop since late '06, and Im looking to upgrade it, and Im new to this. I have the ATi Radeon x1400 currently and 1gb ram. This has been enough until recently, as I usually only play counter-strike source. I want to be able to run newer games at a decent frame rate, but I seem to have a decent number of options for video cards. Being that this is an older laptop, most of the info I can find on it is from '08 or earlier. I have read that the Nvida 7600go will swap right in, but I want to know if there is a newer version that will also still swap. Also I have read that the board is limited to max 2gb ram, Im just looking for confirmation of that, and suggestions for a ram kit. I think I will go with the Crucial ram, this one: Newegg.com - Crucial 2GB (2 x 1GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memory Model CT2KIT12864AC667

Basically, I just need to know what are any better card and ram suggestions, and anything I may need to check first, before upgrading. Thanks
