    Dears,

Due to display issues for my laptop, I wanted to recover data as somethings were very imp in HDD. I bought HDD docking drive from Amazon. When I plugged in the drive, i got a message to format the drives, I was checking the status in disk management where i found that drives are in 'RAW format'.
Can anyone tell me how to recover data, I had the drives in raid format on my area-51 m17x system,
I have done some internet surfing but still things are unclear for me.

    Thanks

if you were in raid 0 chances are you need the same raid controller to recover your data.
you can't just connect the two drives to another controller and recover the data

So, bottom line - only way to recover the data is to put them inside your laptop

If you want the DATA you're going to have to buy the same laptop these hard drives came from.
