    Hey I posted this in the price check forum but figured you guys over here might know better,

    repaired and replaced hinge
    x9000 cpu
    8800m gtx gpu
    4gb ram
    64gb ssd
    120gb smart bay drive
    1920x1200 resolution

    Is this system still worth anything today? I was looking to pick it up for $230 from a local guy, my friend is into these pre-dell AW systems and thought it would be a good gift. You guys think this is still worth it?

    Decent system imo, it won't play all the latest games (low on cpu power) but for 230$ it's a beast!

    The SSD really makes the deal!

    The video card alone is at least $500 bucks if you buy it new. But, this particular model is known for dying prematurely. :(
