This is a laptop forum, so you may want to visit our sister Community to look for assistance with your desktop. Alienware Desktop Forum

Does the system function? Using Windows System Information Utility or Belarc Advisor will get the vast majority of your specs. If you are merely trying to identify the model/name of the system it might even get that for you. If you look in the BIOS you might see some information there to help you determine the model and some of the core specs. Last but not least, look at your motherboard and see what brand and model information you can find printed on the PCB.

Also, please post some photos for us to look at.
