one of my friend has given me his old dell alienware sentia laptop to check the problem. this laptop is about 12" and Intel Pentium M processor 1.60GHz with. I reinstalled the operating system which was Windows xp pro. this machine has luckily got it's utility cd. so i have managed to install all the drivers except

    Video Controller
    Video Controller (VGA Compatible).

these are under yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager.

i tried to install from the utility cd, but failure. i also don't know the Service Tag or model number (my friend couldn't remember either) as most of the levels from this machine have taken off.

Can anyone give me any clue about the Model Number of this machine. I have found a logo underneath where it says Personal Computer Model No. 223110.

i have tried to sort the driver out from google but didn't find anything.

    Following is Hardware Ids
    Video Controller: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3582&CC_0380
    Video Controller (VGA Compatible): PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3582&CC_0300

    someone plz help me..............

The vendor ID is for Intel, and according to this lookup it's an Intel IGP, specifically an Intel 855GM (Intel Extreme Graphics 2) according to this page.

The Sentia models were made by Uniwill. Drivers for your version (223ii0) are here. Use the drivers from Uniwill, but do not use the BIOS from this site...the AW bios is different to support the lights on the lid.
