    Hey Guys,

I recently bought a Alienware Area 51 m15x laptop. When I first got it, it had no video card and was using the integrated video.

I have bought a Nvidia 9800m GT and the heat sink for it as well. However, I can not find the bracket the heat sink attaches too.

To give you an example of what I am looking for. It is this bracket.

This specific bracket is not the right size though. Until I get it I can't use the video card.

I appreciate any help you guys can give me. This laptop runs good with Windows 7 and I know it will do even better once I have the Nvidia card in there as well.

    Duces

The only m15x I have ever worked on had an ati card in it but when I took the card out there was no bracket on the card. As far as I remember the 4 screw holes were on the laptop itself underneath the card.

    Hey Protivakid,

Unfortunately it doesn't go directly into the laptop chassis. There is nothing underneath the holes where the heat sink would go. It needs an actual bracket.

Not the best but here is a picture I found on the internet where you see the whole package. I have 2 out of the 3 and am missing the bracket.
