    Picked up this gem for a good price yesterday, but it's missing a dvd-drive (came with external). I don't mind it too much, since I can just buy a smart bay tray and "plug" it up, but just wanted to see if anyone has leads on a dvd unit?

    It's also missing some keys, will this keyboard here fit ok? NEW Alienware Area 51 M17X Laptop Keyboard 9J.N9182.A01 | eBay

    no lights, but the current one doesn't light up either (need to mess with the command center).

    cool! any clue about the dvd drive? :)

    Another question, I have dual 9800m GTs in SLI. Do these cards have 2d clocks? They seem to be running at full speed all the time ( I haven't disabled SLI to verify if it'll downclock with just one card). Thank you, guys!

    Katalin, I've also looked at the bios I've sent you yesterday, and all the clocks looked good. Found a post by Angelwings in this thread about powermizer:

    It sure was off, so once i've put in "3333" and restarted the pc both cards were downclocking as they should.

    Let me know if you see anything strange in tha vbios. Thank you! :)
