Just bought my son an area 51m laptop (15" screen) that has a bad battery. Called Dell with all the info including battery part numbers and was totally no help. Have spent the last 30 mins here searching to no avail. Just need to know where I can get a new battery that has the matching blue color. I see some replacement batteries online such as amazon but I have not had much luck in the past with non oem batteries. Battery pack number is 351-3S8800-S2M1. There is a used one on ebay but rather not go that route. Point me in the right direction please. Thanks in advance.

This is legacy m15x support forum for pre-dell version of Alienware laptops. It seems that you have Dell M15x so you should look for help here.

Also Dell apparently does not sell batteries, but they forward to 3rd party sites like:
    ECS Elitegroupt
    ShopBattery.NET
    InterBatteries
