its not my cookies or browser as ive got 2 laptops and one tower and same thing happens, and very much doubt its my hardware, or software causing it, its been like this for 4 months now its not all bugged just parts of it, since dell took over. yet the USA site for alienware looks fine if u puchased it off them u have no problem getting to there hives and support, but i bought my alienware laptop off the uk site just before dell took over and unless u got the latest one off dell your fcked cose dell only deal with what they got through there site. and that other post where i put link is different to the link u put it takes u to uk page to access hive and support but u try finding it because its not a AW .com and its not the one off the AW .com to Aw.uk one either. it looks like an old site before dell took over.

Err, I didn't know the old Alienware site still offered support. I thought it was all done through Dell's support now.

well dell dont support me with my details, i tried logging into the usa aw site cose they look the same as the uk one and nothing happens not on there system, there is a link for uk aw site on there with uk flag but when u click it it sends u to aw.com which is the usa site, like i said there is no straight forward route to my hive and drivers i had to route for it on google, unless u have one of aw laptop from dell u get no support i bought my off the uk one the month before it was on dell they are useless.....
