    Hey,
I have an Alienware M15x - the model before dell bought Alienware.
So, when I bought it , i chose Windows XP as I didn't like Vista at the time.

Recently, I just upgraded it to Windows 7. I went to MyHive to download Command Center. However after it installed, the choice to change keyboard light disappeared! its just like not there anymore. I can still change the name, touchpad etc. just not the keyboard :(

    any fix?

Was a pretty common problem a while ago when I upgraded to Win7 64bit a while ago. Mine worked with no problem when I installed the 64 bit version here:
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware-area-51-aurora-legacy-systems/342331-m15x-mini-myhive.html
Might be worth having a look around for a solution there.
    Otherwise, there is always:

Which was an old fix - not sure if the links will still work.

    Hope that Helps!
