I have (2)9800m GT in my Area-51 m17x and they will not run at full speed no matter what I do.
Max speed is 383/767/301 and I'm running Windows 7 and Vista 64.
I tried NV GPU and PowerMiser disablers and regedit still, no full speed
Is there a fix for this downclocking mess?
