    Hi everyone,

    I have updated CC on an old m15x. It asked me which model I have to update the firmware of the AlienFx.
    There is the problem, I chose the wrong model (skullcap instead of ripley design).
    So CC recognize the laptop as a skullcap and I can't turn on the light of the keyboard etc.
    I know I can use alienFxlite but I want a clean install.

    Now I can't flashing the firmware with the good version. I tried installing Xp and earase the eeprom without success.

    I tried pressing the bouton on during 10sec without battery and AC.

    Is there a way to solve this problem?
