    Hi guys, I just have a question about wireless status light in alienware 18 , can I turn it off ?

    because it doesn't turn off when I turn off the wireless

    That's unusual as it would seem people would have more problems with it not coming on then it staying on all the time. I really don't check that light out unless my wireless thingy in the taskbar doesn't show a connection. So I don't even know if the light stays on all the time I will look at it when I get home.

    Also another question when you turn of your wireless how are you turning it off. You mean at the router or in the taskbar?

    I turn it off from both the taskbar and Fn+F2

    Actually i never noticed before but my light is on whether I'm connected or not also. I always just went by what's on the taskbar.

    Im not 100% but I do not think that it turns off on the Alienware 18's
