    hello

    i just got a new alienware 18 and im having a problem with the shift key getting stuck while im gaming
    i play dota 2 a lot and sometimes my shift key get stuck and the game start to queue my moves till i press the shift key again and it stops i turned the sticky keys in windows 8.1 off and still the same problem can any one help me with this pls ?
