So my tech convinced me that i HAD to send my M18x back to depot because it randomly shut off. just BAM off. not heat related. I mailed it on tueday and it arrived today. woot! back in action. that is until i check my catalyst driver and notice that crossfire isnt enable because the cable is not correctly connected. really? thats some poor depot service.
I'm not sure what to do. Attempt a fix myself or file a complaint with the BBB as this is the 5th major repair on this which was a brand new built exchange.
they also got some kind of grease on the left side of the keyboard surround.
i'll have to use the laptop for a few days to see if they fixes the random shutdowns...
