    dead ram slots AW18

    After recent purchase of AW18 I wanted to do a repaste with Liquid ultra in hopes for cooler temps. After I was done I put everything back together to find 4 beeps. Turns out something is wrong with my higher ram slots on both sides of the motherboard, so I can only plug ram in on the lower part of the slots. Anyone have an idea of what I did wrong? Should I get the motherboard replaced by Dell? I'm missing the DMC port so I wouldn't mind that option...
