I assume you're meaning all liquid metal pastes when you mention liquid pro/ultra.

I've found IC Diamond to be quite a good paste. It's thickness makes it great for laptops as it shouldn't ever pump-out/dry out.

Icd, Gelid Extreme and Grizzly Kryonaut. Skip other thermal paste. Aka wasted money. Icd have longest life span before pumping out!! But Liquid Metal is still the King :D

i know liquid metal is the king, i had it before but it always drys out way to quickly for me :( and i dont want ot be relacing the thermal paste very often, since the more often one does it with liquid ultra the more likely some might get somewhere its not supposed too.

    whats lcd?

I got about 1 year and 4 months out of Gelid GC extreme myself but I live in the midwest and keep my house around 70F all year round.

For me, Cooler Master Mastergel Maker Nano. But you need to spread it like CLU though, or else it won't perform as well. It's non conductive and performs almost the same as IC Diamond, only without scratching your CPU/GPU chips like a stock paste or MX4.

Using it in my Alienware 18. Still keeps it cool, especially with full speed.

I was using several pastes, Zalman STG-2, GC Gelid Extreme and IC Diamond. For laptop cpu best is IC diamond as it's thick and will last long.

When I had a m18x r2 with 3920xm I used liquid ultra and never dried out. I was using my processor at 4.3 full load running Bionc 24/7 for over a year. The temps where the same like the day I put it on. I still use it to this day on a Clevo still running at 100%.

And I wanted to add that I have never repasted with CLU. I put CLU on the processor and Gelid Extreme on the graphics cards.

I've had CLU dry out once, and that was because I used a thermal pad that was too thick to cover the MOSFETs between the CPU heatsink and the actual MOSFETs themselves. This created a not so airtight seal, and eventually it dried out and my temps skyrocketed it. I carefully removed the CLU dust, removed the thermal pad, and my temps have been perfectly stable ever since.

I use CLU for the CPU, and when I had them in I used ic diamond for the GPUS.
