    What is possible? CPU is an I7-4700mq and gpu 2x 770m.

    I do, the AW18 comes with an LVDS Display which the 10 series cards do not support. The 10 series cards want an eDP display which you cannot get on the AW18. There is a few guides in this forum to show you how to get the 10 series cards to work on the AW18 but only 1 will work. You must get the unlocked A12 Bios and Boot through SG Mode (Switchable Grahpics)

    To get to the higher GPUs you need to upgrade the guts from R1 to R2.

    From the sounds of the 4th gen cpu I think he has an AW18 R1 not M18x R1
