Hey all. Just noticed that I can't scroll using my touchpad. I can point with it, the buttons work, but I can't scroll a webpage with it. Don't know how long it's been like this since I usually use a mouse but just got a new mouse and in the process of swapping them out, noticed the touchpad issue. I have rebooted, also checked in device manager and it does not say synaptics or anything, just ps2 or something along those lines. I'm not near the AW at the moment. Anyway, anyone have any ideas/suggestions? Thanks

You can enable scrolling using synaptics app, open it from the taskbar "near the clock", go to device settings, then settings.

Got it fixed over the weekend. For some reason it was all greyed out. No option to enable. Called Alienware, they wanted me to reinstall Windows. Decided to fool around again and after randomly selecting stuff, the options came back. Not sure how they got turned off as I was able to scroll a while back. Either way, all is good now. Thanks for the reply.
