    so i downloaded Custom Resolution Utility (CRU) and oc'd my screen to 120Hz its working good i even got 3D option in windows advanced display settings but not in nvidia control panel what do i need to make this work ?
    like a 3D vision kit ? is there a cheaper solution ? or active or passive glasses ?

    You can't make it working. Display need to be 3D compatible and it's dying technology nowadays.

    how did you get it to work? I can only get mine to solid 90hz

    im using cru and its just working :p i dont know i have a good screen i play dota now with 120 fps :p

    That depends on the panel, same as with CPU. One can do better, other can do worse.

    You can also overclock using Nvidia drivers, no need to use CRU.

    nope CRU is needed because some games just dont see the new screen refresh rates and it stays with 60 hz with the nvidia screen overclock :) and CRU fixed this for me
